Since the birth of my first child 4 years ago every time I have intercourse it is so wet that after 5 or 6 thrusts we can no longer feel anything.

Is this a problem for BOTH your partner and you OR is this a problem of you ALONE? 2 Did you have a c section or a vaginal delivery? 3 Do you feel that you are unable to 'grip' the penis as tightly as bebore the birth of your child? Editor's note: You might want to try doing some Kegel exercises and tightening your vaginal muscles.
