While I think it's great you are so focused on giving your partner pleasure, you are not responsible for your girlfriend's orgasms. Either she is not communicating to you how to please her because she doesn't know how to tell you or she may not know herself.
I would suggest that you sit down with her and have a heart to heart about whether she masturbates or not and if she does, asking you to show you how she masturbates.
