Question:
I am a 33 year old female with a decreased sexual drive. I am interested in finding a natural remedy with herbs or vitamins that will increase my sexual desire. Can you recommend any product or product out there that I can try. I have heard of one named perform. Have you ever heard of this one? Thanking in advance.

I've never heard of Perform and do not know of any of these products that are standardized and scientifically tested. Besides, low desire can have many different causes and it is generally better to understand them before deciding the best way to treat it. Low desire can may be due to psychological and/or physical factors. Factors that might block sexual desire include stress, fatigue, depression, pain, fear, some prescribed medication and recreational drugs, negative past sexual experiences, power and control issues in a relationship, loss of interest in a partner, low self-image, and hormonal influences. Your money may be better spent on a sex counselor or therapist to help you pinpoint the reason.
