Question:
ive been on the pill for about 4 months yet im taking an antibiotic too. i know that it will counter effect the results of the birth control of the pill but if i get off the antibiotic, how long will it take for the protection of the pill to come into better effect? also, when someone is on the pill, can they have intercorse anytime in between periods and be protected from pregnancy? (like a 24/7 coverage)

We classically say that whenever you are not sure of the coverage of the pill, use a back up method (condom) for the rest of the pack. When you are on pills, and provided you take them properly, you have a 24/7 protection (as you have put it).
