In order to answer your question fully, its important to determine whether your hymen is in fact broken. Some forms of masturbation allow for the hymen to be left intact, so please check this out with your gynecologist. If your hymen is not in tact, I'm unaware of any surgery which can restore it, but the best person to contact is a GYN surgeon who specializes in reconstructive pelvic floor surgery. Last, NO masturbation does not cause sterility although this is a very common myth. The likelihood is that you're perfectly capable of having a normal sex life, pregnancy and delivery. Good luck!
