Hi Friend.. Seems as if your friend masturbated with a small plastic bottle full of hand lotion. Since she had never had intercourse, perhaps she "popped her cherry" herself and thus there was some bleeding which happens when the hymen is broken. It is not harmful. She also describes that she had the sensation of "peeing." Sometimes when women are very aroused, their vaginal lubrications can feel very runny and almost as if it is urine. Also sometimes it may be that a spot in the vagina called the "G spot" might have been stimulated and creates an expulsion of some fluid. Again no harm done. All in all sounds like masturbation has felt good. I would suggest she try her hand at it instead of using an object to stimulate herself. Putting some objects into the vagina can cause an irritation especially when she is beginning to masturbate so it might be better to use something that can be gentle, which, certainly in the beginning, could be her hand or fingers. If she is really afraid she has harmed herself, a trip to the doctor would stop a lot of worry.. worth it, don't you think?
