The inside of a woman's vagina is typically smooth, with the front wall feeling rougher - almost sponge-like (usually considered the G-spot area). On your profile, you noted that you have HPV and are afraid to see a doctor. You could very well be having an outbreak of genital warts. Given HPV is highly linked to cervical cancer, you need to see a doctor so that you can receive proper treatment and take any cervical cancer precautions necessary.
