Hello and thanks for taking the time to write in. The direct answer to your question is NO. It is impossible to get pregnant from giving oral sex (blowjob, "sucking dick"), even without a condom. The only way you can get pregnant is for his sperm (which is in his semen, the liquid that is released when he cums) to meet with one of your ova (eggs). That means his penis has to be in your vagina and his cum needs to be deposited there as well - or his pre-cum.
While it is not possible to get pregnant that way, it is important to be aware of sexually transmitted infection that can be transmitted through oral sex. Perhaps most important, you should always go by how comfortable YOU feel in going further; don't let anyone talk you into doing what you don't feel ready or comfortable doing. And remember that not being able to talk about all aspects of sex with your parrtner might be a good indication that you aren't quite ready (at least with that partner).
