Question:
i am a 17 year old boy, 6"3 with a very big problem. since i was 12 years old, i have had spot like marks on my penis and testicle area. i am not sure what they are and i'm afraid to tell anyone. plese could you help me. i have not had sexual intercourse.

Many factors e.g. Birth marks, infections, friction & trauma, allergies, drug reactions etc...may present with spot marks on the penis. There is no reason to be afraid to discuss your concerns with your parent/s and visit a dermatologist to obtain a diagnosis and initiate appropriate treatment if needed.
