Question:
I have chunky white vaginal discharge with itching all over vagina & clitoris, as well as just inside opening. There is pain when scratched and burning whilst urination.

From your description and symptoms, it seems to me that you have yeast infection. However it is impossible to make an accurate diagnosis without examining you. Visit your doctor for proper treatment and avoid sexual contact till you are completely cured.
