Thanks for your question. I am not sure I completely understand the question so if my answer isn't exactly what you need, please feel free to write back and ask me again.

You said that you had oral sex. The act of oral sex by itself is not at all risky for pregnancy. Putting semen into the mouth, or having vaginal fluids go into the mouth is not risky for pregnancy either. They both are somewhat risky for contracted sexually transmitted infections though, so it is important to be honest with your sex history to each other and if you have had oral, vaginal or anal sex with someone else before each other you may want to be tested for diseases such as HIV, hepatitis B, syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea and any others that medical professionals in your community see most commonly.

As far as ejaculating on the outside surface of the vagina, I assume you mean the semen from the ejaculation did not go inside the opening to the vagina. The outside area is called the vulva, and any semen placed on the outside is not likely to put you at risk for pregnancy. It is good that your partner washed it off just to be safe. That is a helpful behavior. It is important not to touch the penis on the inside opening of the vagina for ejaculation since that makes it more risky. Just letting semen be on the outside will not be much risk at all. Sperm, which is kept alive by semen, usually dies pretty quickly outside the vagina.

Be sure to write again if I did not answer the question in a way that was helpful to you.
