Question:
The last two times that I've had intercourse I've experienced a fair amount of bleeding during and afterwards. I've consulted my family doctor, who says that the transitional zone of my cervix is positioned farther forward, making it more likely to bleed. While I understand this medically, I am afraid to have sex again while there is a possibility that bleeing may again. Is there anything I can do to prevent this? How do I regain my confidence about sex? Please help.

If lubrication is a problem then you may bleed a little bit. In that case, use Astroglide or K Y Jelly and check if the bleeding recurs. Otherwise you need to consult an Ob-Gn and get yourself properly examined.
