Thank you for submitting your question. First, you should never do anything that causes your repeated pain. However, if you believe that this pain is from not relaxing, there are some things you can do. Have you ever masturbated so that it felt good? If so, show your boyfriend how to touch you so that it feels good. In terms of oral sex, it is definitely an intimate activity. If you are not comfortable, it will not feel good. Perhaps you should slowly try a combination of touching and oral sex - it may be less intense for you. But do not be discouraged. Every person experiences sexual behaviors differently. There are people who do not like oral sex. This is not a bad thing. Relax, and don't be upset if you still do not like oral sex. There are plenty other ways to express your sexuality.
