Question:
If my boyfriend ejaculates into my mouth, how long does the sperm stay alive in my mouth? I am concerned about touching my mouth afterwards and then spreading it to my vagina. I am paranoid about touching my mouth for many days after oral sex.

It is possible to become pregnant without having intercourse. Search our site using the phrase “pregnancy without intercourse” for more details as to why. Sperm can stay alive within your body for several days, although I can’t tell you exactly how long.
Your choice to explore ways of lovemaking without intercourse is a mature form of birth control.
