Question:
Im in my late teens and my hormones are flying like crazy but im still a virgin and will stay like that untill i find the right girl or when i get married. I started masturbating like a little while back and it's a good feeling but recently a girl gave me a blowjob. im worried if there are any side affects to that i wish not i just prey not but i would like to know if there are any affects of getting a blow job or masturbating?. My other question is i saw this little white mark on the below part of the skin on my penis and im getting worried over that too. i only got a blow job once and will never do it agian but im hoping everything is alright because i only want pleasure with my wife in a safe healthy sexual way. Please can you tell me anything about this or give me advice. Thanks

Hi, Thank you for your questions. In regard to your first question, there are no physical side effects to the act of oral sex, apart from sexual health risks in the exchange of bodily fluids. What I mean by this, is that sexually transmitted diseases can be spread in bodily fluids. Unless she has oral herpes or another STI, or you are carrying any STI then there is no immediate risk, but get into the habit of always practicing safe sex, of all kinds. There has never been shown to be any ill effects of masturbation - assuming you do it in private, and not in public. In reguard to the "little white mark on the below part of the skin on my penis" it could be anything from a minor skin discolouration to leukoplakia - which is more serious. There is no way of knowing without seeing it. Go and see your GP about it, to clear up the matter once and for all. Best Wishes, Melissa BEE
