Question:
I'm 28 years old, since about 5 years ago I started having problems with too much pre-seminal fluid. When I'm aroused I start expulsing pre-seminal fluid but too much as it appears outside of my pants. The main problems is that sometimes I don't have an erection but fluid seems to go out anyway, it's transparent but sticky. Is it possible to expulse pre-seminal fluids without having an erection? When I'm with a woman, if I'm too much aroused, I feel my testicles hurting has if too much liquid was expulsed but that is before sexual intercourse (without ejaculation) , so sometimes I'm not in the mood to have sex after anymore.

Thank you for asking your question. I do want to stress two factors: 1) It is possible for a man to ejaculate without an erection. 2) Orgasm and ejaculation are two separate phenomena, which usually but not necessarily occur at the same time. You can read more about pre-ejaculate fluid in two of my previous answers; please follow the links on the right hand side of this page. Reading my answers to those questions will give you some more information and tips on how to avoid staining your pants. Sincerely, Annette Owens, MD PhD
