Dear Raj,
I'm sorry that you have received information that is in correct about masturbation and your sex life. Masturbation DOES NOT lead to problems either in your sex life or in other weakness.
In fact, it is the opposite. Masturbating can teach you how your body responds and you can then practice on yourself things that you will want a partner to do with you when you do have sex. Masturbating is good for your body, as having an orgasm/ejaculation releases tension, and chemicals that relieve pain and muscle ache. It also rids your body of sperm build up.
You do not want to save your old sperm. Sperm is made by the millions by each man daily. After about 70 days if it is not ejaculated it begins to get old and build up. That is one of the things that causes sexual tension- the build up of old fluids and sperm. That is why releasing it through ejaculation is good to do occasionally.
A healthy man makes new healthy sperm every day. So you don't want to be getting your old sperm back. It isn't healthy any more.
The best way to have a happy sex life is to learn more about how your body reacts, and practice while you are masturbating doing things that feel good to you. You mentioned in your profile that you have fast ejaculations. During masturbation you can practice slowing these down, stopping the stimulation so that you don't orgasm. When you are with a partner you will also find you may ejaculate quickly. If you practice while masturbating then you can figure out ways to slow yourself down which may give you and your partner more pleasure.
