Question:
Why does a man wake up in the morning with an erection?

Answer:

Thanks for your question. I'm sorry your girlfriend is thinking you are dreaming about someone else. This is not the case at all!

During sleep, a man has an automatic erection approximately every 90 minutes. When his body is at rest, the testosterone levels in the body raise and lower, and cause him to have an erection. Often in the morning when he wakes, the testosterone levels in his body have been building all night, so he has an erection.

It is made more obvious because he has to also urinate. It is hard to urinate with a full erection, so a man often waits for it to go down some before trying.

Though this isn't the cause of the erections, tell her that maybe you are dreaming of her at night, so why would she assume that you were dreaming of someone else?
