Hellow Dr.! I think that I have very less sexual power but I feel insecure and I am determined to increase my sexual power, please can you help.

Thanks for your question. I hope that you will write me back and tell me more about what you mean about sexual power. In the profile that you wrote above the question you said that you had "lack of sperm and low sex drive."

Sperm are the sex cells that are protected by semen, the whitish fluid that you can see. You probably have lots of sperm, you just can't seem them. You may mean that you don't have lots of semen. Actually, most men only ejaculate about a teaspoon of semen in each ejaculation, and if you have several ejaculations/orgasms a day, you won't have much semen in any of them. It takes a body many hours to build up enough fluids to have a larger amount.

Sometimes we hear from friends or other sources about how they feel during sexual arousal. Often people are bragging. You may have plenty of sexual power but are comparing what YOU have to what you THINK you should have. As long as you are feeling pleasure and enjoying your sexual feelings, you don't really need to worry.
