Technically there is a slight chance that if the seamen was to come into contact with your vulva that you could become pregnant. However, this is only a slight chance since sperm can not live for long outside the body. You did the right thing by washing your hands immediately. You can find out accurately and quickly by taking a simple home pregnancy test from the pharmacist. It will cost approximatly $8-10 and you will be able to know for certain in 5 minutes. If the test is negative, i.e. you are not pregnant, then there could be several other factors why you have not been having your period. One reason could be because as a teenager, it is common to miss periods as your body is still adjusting to having them. Also, a women needs a certain percentage of body fat to menstruate. If the situation persists, contact your doctor.
