Darling- Penis's tilting slightly to the left are completely normal-you have nothing to worry about! In fact, lots of men's penis's bend to the right or left. The only time this is a medical problem is when it causes pain because there is vast bending taking place-like 90 degree angle, which is nothing at all of what you are describing. As for the left testicle being smaller than the right one, again, completely normal. Nothing on the body is the same size, not even the testicles. You cannot do anything to increase the size of your testicles, nor can you do anything about the angle of your penis. Instead of focusing on these things as negative, think about them as positive things-you may stimulate your partner better than another person due to the angle of your penis! As for the slight pain after ejaculation, some men complain of that. If it has been occuring on a regular basis, I would recommend you go and ask a doctor about it just to be on the safe side. Good luck and thanks for writing in!
