From everything you described to me, there is no way that you could get pregnant. Remember one important fact. Sperm is actually very fragile and that is why hundreds of millions of sperm are produced in each ejaculation.

Let me take you through some of the things you said. First, you touched your bf through his underwear. Even though there may have been moisture (precum) on his underwear, most precum does not have much sperm in it. Precum is produced to clean out the urethra (tube through the penis) before a man ejaculates so the acids of urine don't kill the sperm through the semen. So there is no sperm in precum except what may be left there from a prior ejaculation. Once a man urinates his urine kills any left over sperm.

Then you washed your hands. Even putting water on your hands will take off any possible sperm. 45 minutes later the semen that might have been there would be dry.

In all three events you described there wasn't the likelihood of any sperm being present anyway, so you don't have to worry.
