Question:
i have not had sex but me and my boyfriend mess around i am so scared of getting pregnant that i can never enjoy when i am intimate with my boyfriend. my question is that i was giving my boyfriend a hand job we wer both wearing underwear he was wearing basketball shorts and i was wearing underwear with sweat pants i was straddled sitting on his legs when he ejuculated but he ejuculated in his pants and the next morning i was a little white spot on my sweat pants so my question is can i get pregnant if his sperm was on my pants but never inside of my vagina please help me im very scared and paranoid please!!!

Relax, and rest assured that you have no chance of becoming pregnant from the activity you have described to me. Sperm are very fragile outside of the body and would have the impossible task of swimming through cloth to get to your vagina, then get to your uterus! Sperm have difficulty in moving through pubic hair, let alone underwear, or especially sweat pants! It sounds like you are being as safe as you can with your boyfriend without becoming sexually active, and I applaud you both for this. There are many ways to be intimate with our partners without engaging in intercourse, and exploring each others bodies is a great way to be sexual and safe.
